To achieve the best results with the Rare Beauty Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation, follow these steps:
- If you have dry skin, start by prepping your skin with a hydrating moisturizer. Then, apply the Always an Optimist Primer (sold separately) for optimal results.
- If you have oily skin, use the Always an Optimist Pore Diffusing Primer (sold separately) and/or set your foundation with a powder to control shine.
- Before each use, shake the foundation well to ensure the pigments are evenly dispersed throughout the formula.
- For application, it is encouraged to use your fingertips and press the foundation into your skin. However, you can also use the Liquid Touch Foundation Brush or a damp sponge.
- Start with a small amount of foundation, using just one dot for your entire face. Blend the foundation into your skin using circular or tapping motions with your fingertips. The warmth of your fingertips will help the pigments melt into your skin for a seamless finish.
- If you prefer using a brush or sponge, blend or stipple the foundation until it looks and feels like skin.
- For more coverage, add another dot of foundation and build as desired. Remember, this foundation has concentrated pigments, so less is more.
- If needed, apply a second layer of foundation only where additional coverage is desired.
