For precise application, outline your lips with the lip liner and use the brush end to smooth, define, or contour. The sharp point of the pencil can be used for added definition, while the rounded part can be used to fill in your lips. Blend and smooth the color using the brush for a seamless finish.
To contour and highlight your lips, use two Power Line™ Lip Liners. Choose a contour shade that matches your lips’ natural tone or is deeper to outline your lips and create an “X” at the Cupid’s bow. Fill in the outer corners of your lips with the same contouring shade. Apply a lighter shade than your lips’ natural tone in the middle of your lip. Blend both colors together using the built-in brush, pulling the deeper shade toward the center of your lips and the lighter shade toward the outer corners of your mouth.
Wear the lip liner alone for a matte, plumped look or top it with gloss for added shine. This application technique can be replicated with any color combination of like tones, allowing you to create a variety of lip looks.
