Instructions:
- Outline your lips with the lip liner and use the brush end to smooth, define, or contour.
- Use the sharp point of the pencil for precise definition.
- Fill in your lips using the rounded part of the pencil.
- Use the brush to blend and smooth the color.
- For contouring and highlighting, use two Power Line™ Lip Liners:
- Choose a contour shade that matches your lips’ natural tone or is deeper to outline your lips and create an “X” at the Cupid’s bow.

Fill in the outer corners of your top and bottom lips with the same contouring shade.

Apply a lighter shade than your lips’ natural tone in the middle of your lips.

Blend both colors together with the built-in brush, pulling the deeper shade toward the center of your lips and the lighter shade toward the outer corners of your mouth.
