Instructions:
- Lift the lid at the top end of the lip liner pencil.
- Screw up the pencil to reveal the product.
- Carefully line your lips using the three-millimeter pencil.
- Purse your lips together to blend and shade the line.
- For a shade combo, use two liner colors.
- Unscrew the bottom end of the lip liner pencil.
- Carefully dab the silicone applicator on top of the liner to set it in place.
- For a high-shine finish, top it with REFY Lip Gloss (sold separately).
Ingredients:
The lip liner pencil contains ingredients such as Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Dimethicone, and Tocopheryl Acetate. The setter contains Polyperfluoromethylisopropyl Ether and Silica Dimethyl Silylate. These ingredients help fill and smooth the appearance of fine lines, make the formula long-lasting and water-resistant, and create a barrier on top of the liner to increase wear time. The lip liner and setter may contain various colorants such as Iron Oxides and Titanium Dioxide.
