Instructions:
To achieve the perfect lip look, follow these steps:
- Lift the lid at the top end of the lip liner.
- Screw up the pencil to reveal the three-millimeter liner.
- Carefully line your lips using the pencil, ensuring precision.
- Purse your lips together to blend and shade the line for a seamless finish.
- For a shade combo, use two liner colors.
- Unscrew the bottom end of the product to reveal the silicone applicator.
- Dab the silicone applicator on top of the liner to set it in place.
- For a high-shine finish, top with REFY Lip Gloss (sold separately).
