Instructions:
- Lift the lid at the top end of the lip liner.
- Screw up the pencil to reveal the lip liner.
- Carefully line your lips with the three-millimeter pencil.
- Purse your lips together to blend and shade the lip line.
- For a shade combo, use two liner colors.
- Unscrew the bottom end of the lip liner.
- Carefully dab the silicone applicator on top of the liner to set it in place.
- For a high-shine finish, top with REFY Lip Gloss (sold separately).
