Instructions:
For perfect application, begin by applying Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick to the center of your lower lip and work out towards the lip line. Repeat the process for the upper lip, starting from the center and working towards the lip line. To enhance your look, use the Pro Pencil (sold separately) to define the perimeter of your lips and blend with Brush 20 or use Brush 3 (both sold separately) to create clean edges.
