- Flip the case vertically and the bullet base will slide out.
- Remove the cap from the lipstick shade fill.
- Attach the lipstick shade fill to the bullet base until you hear a click.
- Make sure the bullet is twisted all the way down.
- Insert the lipstick, bullet first, into the case and pop it into place.
- Twist the base to the left to lift the bullet and apply.
