Instructions:
- Prep lips with Step 1 Eye and Lip Primer (sold separately).
- Line with a corresponding Artist Color Pencil shade (sold separately).
- Attach the Rouge Artist cap to the bottom of the tube for the artist-like, ultra-precise effect achieved using a professional lip brush.
