Highlight the center of the lip using the pearlized Lust: Gloss in Gold Allure (sold separately). Blend the two lipsticks together with your fingertips to create a glamorously-glittering, contoured effect.
For a riot of rebellious red loaded with glossy, pearlescent effects, apply the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in Major (sold separately) to the perimeter of the top and bottom lips, then fill in toward the center.
