Instructions:
For the best application, follow these steps:
- Use an exfoliant to create a smooth canvas for your lips.
- Gently neutralize your natural lip color with a touch of concealer.
- For extra definition and staying power, choose a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately).
- Press and roll the lipstick onto your lips using your finger.
- Start in the middle of the bottom lip and transfer the color onto your lips with your index finger, working outwards to either edge.
- Repeat the process on the top lip.
- After applying the lipstick, gently pull a tissue apart to create two thin sheets.
- Press one of the sheets against your lips and lightly dust with Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately).
