Instructions:
To achieve the perfect application, follow these steps:
- Start by creating a smooth canvas using an exfoliant.
- Gently neutralize your natural lip color with a touch of concealer.
- For extra definition and staying power, use a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately).
- Press and roll the lipstick onto your lips using your finger.
- Begin in the middle of the bottom lip and transfer the color onto your lips, working outwards to either edge.
- Repeat the process on the top lip.
- After applying the lipstick, gently press a thin sheet of tissue against your lips.
- Lightly dust your lips with Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately).
