Instructions:
1. Start by creating a smooth canvas for your lips. Use an exfoliant to gently remove any dry skin and then neutralize your natural lip color with a touch of concealer.
2. For extra definition and staying power, pair the lipstick with a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately).
3. To apply the lipstick, use your finger to press and roll the color onto your lips. Begin in the middle of the bottom lip and transfer the color onto your lips with your index finger, working outwards to either edge. Repeat on the top lip.
4. For a flawless finish, gently pull apart a tissue into two thin sheets. Press one of the sheets against your lips and lightly dust with Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately).
