To achieve the perfect application, follow these steps:
- Start by creating a smooth canvas using an exfoliant and a touch of concealer to neutralize your natural lip color.
- For extra definition and staying power, pair the lipstick with a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately).
- Apply the lipstick by pressing and rolling the color onto your lips using your finger.
- Begin in the middle of your bottom lip and transfer the color onto your lips, working outwards to the edges.
- Repeat the process on your top lip.
- After applying the lipstick, gently press a thin sheet of tissue against your lips and lightly dust with Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately) for a flawless finish.
