For extra definition and staying power, you can also use a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately) to outline your lips before applying the lipstick.
If you prefer a dewy, blotted effect, use your finger to press and roll the color onto your lips. To create an ombre opulence look, concentrate the color at the center of your mouth using the lipstick bullet, then press your lips together to blend.
