Instructions:
To achieve the perfect lip shape, start in the middle of your lips and smooth out to the corners of your mouth. For added definition and longer wear, use the Rouge Gel Lip Liner (sold separately) to outline your lips before applying the lipstick. This will create a natural-looking lip shape without a heavy lined effect. When using the brighter and deeper Rouge Lacquer shades, prep your lips with the Rouge Gel Lip Liner to ensure the best wear.
