Instructions:
- Start in the middle of your lips and smooth out to the corners of your mouth for a perfect lip shape.
- For added definition and longer wear, use the Rouge Gel Lip Liner (sold separately) to etch in the shape of your lips using the side of the pencil. This will prevent a heavy lined lip.
- When using the brighter and deeper Rouge Lacquer shades, prep your lips with the Rouge Gel Lip Liner for the best wear.
