Instructions:
- For a perfect lip shape, start in the middle of the lips and smooth out to the corners of the mouth.
- For added definition and longer wear, use Rouge Gel Lip Liner (sold separately) to etch in the shape of your lips using the side of the pencil.
- Prep your lips with Rouge Gel Lip Liner before applying the brighter and deeper Rouge Lacquer shades for the best wear.
