For the strongest, boldest application, apply the Cocoa Bold Lipstick directly onto clean, dry lips. Use the heart-shaped tip to perfectly outline the lip line, then fill in the lips using the flat side. To clean up the edges, apply a small amount of Born This Way Super Coverage Concealer (sold separately). For a pop of color, use a brighter shade of concealer on the Cupid’s bow and outer corners.
