Instructions:
To achieve the strongest and boldest application, apply the Too Faced Cocoa Bold Lipstick directly onto clean, dry lips. Use the heart-shaped tip to perfectly outline your lip line, then fill in your lips using the flat side. For a flawless finish, you can use a small amount of Born This Way Super Coverage Concealer (sold separately) to clean up the edges. To make the lipstick color pop, apply a brighter shade of concealer on the Cupid’s bow and outer corners of your lips.
