Instructions:
- To create a rosebud effect, apply the lipstick color to only the center of your lips, top and bottom.
- Gently blend the color outward toward the edges using your fingertip, keeping the intensity in the center.
- For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners. Fill in the entire lip with color.
- After creating your desired matte or satin lip look, enhance it with Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately). Apply the glitter with your fingertip, pressing it on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick.
