Instructions:
For a couture-like lip look, follow these steps:
- Apply the lipstick color to the center of your lips, top and bottom, to create a rosebud effect.
- Gently blend the color outward toward the edges using your fingertip, keeping the intensity in the center.
- For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners. Fill in the entire lip with color.
- To add a touch of sparkle, apply Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately) on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick using your fingertip.
