Instructions:
- To create a rosebud effect, apply the lipstick color to the center of your lips, top and bottom. Use your fingertip to gently blend the color outward toward the edges, keeping the intensity in the center.
- For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace your upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners. Fill in the entire lip with color.
- After creating your desired matte or satin lip look, you can apply the Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately) on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick for a sparkling finish. Use your fingertip to press the glitter onto your lips.
