Instructions:
- To create a rosebud effect, apply the lipstick color to only the center of your lips, top and bottom.
- Use your fingertip to gently blend the color outward toward the edges, keeping the intensity in the center.
- For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners. Then, fill in the entire lip with color.
- After creating your desired matte or satin lip look, you can enhance it by applying the Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately) with your fingertip, pressing it on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick.
