Instructions:
- To create a rosebud effect, apply color to only the center of lips, top and bottom.
- Use fingertip to gently blend the lipstick color outward toward the edges, keeping the intensity in the center.
- For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners before filling in the entire lip with color.
