Instructions:
1. To create a rosebud effect, apply the lipstick color only to the center of your lips, top and bottom.
2. Gently blend the color outward towards the edges using your fingertip, keeping the intensity in the center.
3. For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward towards the corners. Then, fill in the entire lip with color.
