Instructions:
1. Apply color to the center of your lips, top and bottom, to create a rosebud effect.
2. Use your fingertip to gently blend the lipstick color outward toward the edges, keeping the intensity in the center.
3. For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace your upper lip, starting at the Cupid’s bow and moving outward toward the corners. Fill in the entire lip with color.
