Instructions:
For a rosebud effect, apply the lipstick color to the center of your lips, both top and bottom. Gently blend the color outward towards the edges using your fingertips, keeping the intensity in the center. To achieve a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner. Start at the Cupid’s bow and trace along the upper lip, moving outward towards the corners. Fill in the entire lip with color. For added sparkle, apply Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately) on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick using your fingertips.
