Instructions:
- Use the tip of the applicator to precisely line and define your lips.
- Using the curved side of the applicator, apply the color to the center of your lips and work outward.
- For added definition and a slightly fuller lip look, pair with the Mineralist Lasting Lip Liner (sold separately).
