Instructions:
For a seamless application, use the doe-foot applicator to melt the mousse onto your lips. Use the edge of the applicator to apply the product and the flat top to melt the formula into your lips. For a smudged or “just kissed” effect, apply the mousse with your fingertips. To complete your look, line your lips with the matching lip liner (sold separately).
