Instructions:
For best results, use a small amount of the concealer as a little goes a long way. Pair it with tarte’s Creaseless Concealer Brush for seamless application. To cover dark circles, apply one swipe of concealer to the inner half of the under-eye area, focusing on where the darkness is, and then blend outward. For redness, apply directly to any red or discolored areas, and then blend outward.
