For best results, follow these steps:
- After cleansing with the Biosource Softening Cleansing Milk or Enriched Cleansing Foam (each sold separately), soak a cotton pad with the toner.
- Smooth the soaked cotton pad over your entire face, moving from the center outwards.
- Repeat until the cotton pad wipes clean.
