Instructions:
1. Place the device directly onto the targeted area of clean, dry skin.
2. Mold the device for a snug fit on areas such as arms, shoulders, legs, or knees. Alternatively, lay it flat on the upper/lower back or chest.
3. For age- or acne-related concerns, press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on the device. Press again to select the light setting (red, blue, or red+blue) and use for the programmed time of three minutes per area.
4. For pain-related concerns, press and hold the appropriate button for two seconds to turn on the device and use for the programmed time of 14 minutes per area.
5. The device will automatically shut off when the session is complete.
6. For optimal results, use once daily per targeted area and follow with the Alpha Beta® Exfoliating Body Treatment Peel (sold separately) two to three times weekly.
