- Download the FOREO For You app to unlock BEAR
- Press the universal button on the device to turn it on
- Pair the device with the app via Bluetooth
- Cleanse and dry your skin, ensuring no residue remains
- Apply Serum Serum Serum or your favorite conductive primer
- Select the guided full-facial routine via the FOREO For You app or manually operate the device with the universal button
- Quickly press the universal button to choose the desired intensity level
- Glide the BEAR across your face and neck in slow, controlled upwards motions, ensuring both metallic spheres are touching the skin at all times
