Prep
Wash your hands with soap and water. Shape your nails and push back cuticles. Use the enclosed Prep Pad to ensure your nails are free from oils and residues. Make sure your nails are completely dry before applying the strips.

Select Size
Choose the correct strip size for each nail. For the best fit, make sure the strip does not extend past the nail bed onto your skin or cuticles. Gently lift the strip from the sheet starting from the edge.

Place the strip over the center of your nail, starting at the cuticle line and pressing outward. Firmly press down from the center and sides to ensure proper adhesion.
